1. What is the shelf-life of your products?
Body Butters last up to 2 years. Body Scrubs will last from 6 months to a year (keep covered and stir often to prevent dryness).

2. Do your products contain preservatives?
No preservatives are added.


3. How should I store your products?
Store product in a cool dry place.


4. How do I use your products?
Apply generously to damp skin then gently massage on the bottom of feet, elbows, hands, or other areas that need exfoliating. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and pat dry with a towel.


5. What if I receive the wrong product?

6. What should I do if the product is damaged?
We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that our products are not damaged; however, damage can occur during shipping.  If your product is damaged email us at cephiascreations@gmail.com within 2-3 days of receipt of the product include a photo of the damages.  Once damages are assessed, we will reply back with resolutions to your concern.


7. How do I know what's in your products?
Body Butters ingredients are Shea butter, mango butter, aloe butter, coconut oil, jojoba oil, almond oil and essential/body oil
Body Scrubs ingredients are Aloe, Vitamin E, Oils (coconut, jojoba, almond, argan, seed, chamomile, oat, avocado, scented essential/body oils)
